Overview
Grow94.com is an online platform that sells digital products such as online courses, eBooks, templates, video tutorials, and other downloadable educational content. All products are delivered instantly and automatically upon successful payment via email, account dashboard, or direct download links.
Due to the nature of digital products — which are intangible and can be downloaded or accessed immediately — we have a strict but fair refund policy to protect both our customers and our business.
When Refunds Are NOT Available
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Once the digital product has been successfully delivered and access has been granted (e.g., download link sent, course access provided in your account, or files downloaded).
- After you have viewed, downloaded, or accessed any part of the product content.
- If you simply change your mind, no longer want the product, or feel it didn't meet your expectations after accessing it.
- For "accidental" purchases where access was already provided.
Reason: Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods. Once delivered and accessed, the value has already been transferred to you permanently.
When Refunds ARE Available
We will gladly issue a full refund in the following limited cases:
- Non-Delivery: If the product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side (e.g., payment successful but no access email or dashboard update within 24 hours).
- Duplicate Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
- Payment Processed but Product Unavailable: If the product was removed or unavailable after payment and we cannot provide an alternative.
In these cases, we will process a full refund within 3-7 business days back to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above conditions:
- Use the floating envelope button (bottom right) to email us, or write directly to support@grow94.com.
- Include your Order ID, product name, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- Provide proof if applicable (e.g., screenshot showing non-delivery).
We will review your request within 24-48 hours and respond accordingly.
Important Notes
- We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, previews, testimonials, and FAQs before purchasing.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.
- This policy applies to all digital products sold on Grow94.com.
